Montreal, May 6, 2025 — From May 7 to 11, 17 Canadian galleries will showcase some of Canada’s best contemporary art during New York City’s renowned art fairs. The Contemporary Art Galleries Association (AGAC) is proud to highlight its 12 member galleries presenting works by 30 artists.

 

Among AGAC members, galleries Eli Kerr, Franz Kaka, Nicolas Robert, Pangée, Patel Brown and Zalucky Contemporary are participating in NADA New York, a fair known for highlighting bold emerging practices. Bradley Ertaskiran is taking part in Independent, notorious for its museum-quality presentations and international audience. Lastly, galleries C.O.A, Duran Contemporain, Robertson Arès, TIAN Contemporain and United Contemporary are exhibiting at Future Fair, a fair that emphasizes collaboration between exhibitors and celebrates a diverse, vibrant art scene.

 

We applaud the remarkable dedication of these galleries, which play a vital role in promoting Canadian artists on the global stage, while also navigating the complexities of an uncertain market landscape.

June: Art Basel

 

From June 16 to 22, two AGAC member galleries will participate in the prestigious Art Basel fair in Switzerland, in the Statements section, which is dedicated to solo presentations by emerging artists from around the world. Galerie Eli Kerr will present the work of Joyce Joumaa, while Franz Kaka will showcase the work of Elif Saydam.
